TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1) ORDERING
You may order by mail, email, fax, or by phone on our toll free orders only line at 1-877-537-1595. At this time there is no minimum order. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Quantities of some items may be limited, so order early to avoid disappointment.

2) SHIPMENT
All plants are shipped in a pot unless otherwise requested. All orders are shipped via priority mail . Although we ship most of the year, winter shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions in your area .

3) PAYMENT
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, We do not charge your credit card until your order is shipped.

4) GUARANTEE
If for any reason (other than shipping damage) you are not satisfied, simply return the plants within 10 days of receipt and we will refund your money, including postage both ways. Because of the rigors of shipping we do not guarantee flowers or buds. If there is physical damage to the package contact the USPS United States Postal Service

5) TAXES
Florida residents must include 7% Sales Tax.

6) PACKING & SHIPPING CHARGES     
For all orders we add $10.00 for packing and handling. Your actual shipping cost will be charged separately.

* Personal checks or money orders must be accompanied by a credit card number to be charged for acutal postage.

WINTER SHIPMENTS
We will insulate your shipment for winter delivery for a nominal fee based on materials used. To further protect your plants we strongly recommend Express Mail for next day delivery.
Customer assumes all responsibility for winter shipments.
Phelps Farm assumes no responsibility for cold damage.

7) INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We are sorry, but at this time we are only shipping within the United States.

8) DISCOUNTS
$100 - $499 Less 5%
$500 - $999 Less 10%
Over $1000 Less 20%
